Our Meat Selection

Our Beef consists of fresh ground hamburger and chuck, beef tips, ribeye steaks, NY strips, roast, ox tails and much more. If you don’t like what you see in the counter, we will cut it to the thickness you desire.
Pork
Chicken
Our chicken comes to us ice packed, never frozen. We package all fresh chicken in the store and never prepacked.
We have a selection of boneless or bone-in pork chops and roast, as well as pork shoulder, picnics, pig feet, tails and ears.

I love coming into Moss, the selection and prices are great. What really sells it is the butcher in the back. They will cut exactly how you want things. The prices on their meal deals are pretty darn good and the service is always friendly and helpful.
